Responsibilities of the POA

POA - (Property Owners Association) ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and enforce deed restrictions
Maintenance of waterways
Register 55+ status with the Florida Commission on Human Relations
Bi annually conduct 55+ survey in accordance with Florida Commission on Human Relations
Establish and maintain good working relationship with the Lakeside Club and assist in projects as needed
Work together with the POA from LBI 1-2 and Holiday Estates on Lemon Bay Isles front entrance maintenance and projects for the improvement of and for the entire community
Handle all correspondence sent to the POA and respond to homeowners
Ensure bills are mailed to all homeowners the first of January for POA dues.
